Admin Clerk At Phakisa Holdings

Phakisa Holdings is currently searching for an Administrative Clerk in the Cape Town area.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategize shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
  • Monitor orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Generate shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
  • Coordinate supply chain procedures to optimize delivery quality.
  • Schedule shifts for drivers and warehouse staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Supervise warehouse stock levels and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide customers with information about the status of their orders.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12
  • Previous work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or transport management systems.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Package & Remuneration Hourly rate: R79.49
