What We Seek

We are in search of a dynamic and organized individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills to oversee the management of office infrastructure and resources. This includes organizing and coordinating various office-related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Take ownership and accountability for establishing and maintaining a conducive office infrastructure and flawlessly executing office-related events.

Office Coordination:

  • Communicate with property proprietors and contractors regarding office hygiene and maintenance.
  • Manage stock levels of office supplies and consumables, replenishing them when necessary.
  • Schedule inspections for the maintenance of office equipment and arrange services and repairs.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and provide refreshments upon request.
  • Oversee reception duties, including receiving and distributing parcels, welcoming visitors, and preparing refreshments.
  • Ensure that all office-related activities align with company culture and policies.


  • Identify clients’ needs for events.
  • Coordinate event arrangements with the Facilities Team and suppliers.
  • Research, visit, and select suitable venues for company events.
  • Plan, facilitate, and manage all event-related activities and logistics, addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Coordinate event designs with the Design Team, obtain approval, and communicate details to all guests.

General Administration:

  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and rental vehicles.
  • Perform quality control on company-supplied daily meals.
  • Request invoices, create purchase orders, and follow up on payments for office-related expenses.
  • Manage petty cash for approved office expenses.
  • Report on petty cash expenses weekly.
  • Execute and take responsibility for general administrative duties.

Vehicle Management:

  • Manage driver written logbook administration.
  • Oversee company vehicles’ maintenance, services, and timely repairs.
  • Manage license renewals for company vehicles.
  • Ensure regular cleaning and washing of company vehicles.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

The Applicant Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • Business Administration qualification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Valid South African ID and driving license.

Package & Remuneration:

The salary is market-related and negotiable, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
