Phakisa Holdings is currently searching for an Administrative Clerk in the Cape Town area.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategize shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
- Monitor orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Generate shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate supply chain procedures to optimize delivery quality.
- Schedule shifts for drivers and warehouse staff.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
- Supervise warehouse stock levels and place orders as necessary.
- Provide customers with information about the status of their orders.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Previous work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with logistics software or transport management systems.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
