Primary Objective:

Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of customer service, responsible for assisting customers and achieving set targets.

Job Description:

Key Performance Areas:

Cash control Execute cash desk functions Adhere to daily cash control and banking procedures Maintain zero cash variances Accurately record manual transactions Stock Control Follow daily stock management processes Follow up on customer orders Conduct accurate weekly stock counts Maintain the store room department in good condition Complete weekly shoe pairing exercises Customer Service Provide outstanding customer service Build internal and external customer relationships Sustain positive customer relationships Product knowledge Minimum Requirements:


Minimum 1 year of retail experience Qualifications:

Completed Matric/Grade 12 Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in retail administration disciplines Expertise in stock and cash management Product knowledge Sales knowledge and selling skills Understanding of policies and procedures related to the cash desk, stockroom, admin, and other relevant areas Numerical ability Competencies:
