Job Purpose:
The Senior Photo Quality Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the utmost quality and creativity in our automotive photography, adding a distinctive style to our visual content. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and technologically passionate, striving for exceptional results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of photographers to ensure the production of high-quality automotive photography.
- Establish photography standards and guidelines, conducting regular quality assessments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with brand and campaign objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest photography trends and technologies to consistently enhance photo quality.
- Manage photography equipment and studio resources.
- Develop and implement photography strategies for effective vehicle showcasing.
- Maintain a consistent and visually appealing style across all photographic materials.
- Ensure all photos meet quality and branding standards before publication.
- Mentor and train junior photographers to enhance their skills and creativity.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the motor industry, with a proven track record in automotive photography.
- Previous management experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficiency in photography equipment, post-processing software, and digital asset management systems.

Package & Remuneration:
- Market-related salary (R25,000 to R30,000 per month depending on experience).
