Key Responsibilities: As a Real Estate Broker with Quay 1, your duties will encompass:

Assisting with buyer and seller requests Overseeing outdoor marketing strategies Contributing to the execution and strategy of digital marketing Business Development Management/Sales Customer Relationship Management via telephone, email, and mobile Conducting property valuations and facilitating sales transactions Coordinating and conducting property viewings Keeping updated on available inventory in the market Staying informed about the latest market trends and sales marketing strategies

Key Requirements: Own Mac/laptop Personal transportation Computer literacy (proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite) Previous sales experience is advantageous Tertiary qualification in Business Marketing/Sales/Real Estate is a plus but not mandatory

Additional Information: This is a 100% commission-based role. Potential monthly commissions range from R15,000.00 to R40,000.00.
