Opening: An opportunity has arisen at Medilogistics for a Light Motor Vehicle Driver position based in Welkom, with reporting responsibilities to the Distribution Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities: The Driver will play a crucial role in facilitating daily driver activities, focusing on the timely delivery of medication and/or goods within a specified area or function.
Desired Experience & Qualifications: Experience:
- Previous experience in goods delivery.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in courier services.
- Customer service experience.
Licensing & Accreditation:
- Possession of a Code 8/10 driver’s license.
Competencies:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, coupled with attentive listening abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in route planning and familiarity with driver manifests.
- Ability to conduct debriefing sessions.
- Familiarity with freight ware systems.
