Key Accountabilities:
As a Driver/Messenger, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a key transportation provider by driving various vehicles to pick up and deliver documents, mail, and people to various destinations.
- Maintaining a regular schedule for picking up and delivering inter-office, departmental, company, and external company documents, mail, and small packages.
- Ensuring the office vehicle is in good running condition and promptly reporting any required repairs or maintenance checks.
- Maintaining the service and appearance of the vehicle, ensuring it meets corporate hygiene standards.
- Collecting all mail from the post office in a timely manner and assisting in the sorting process.
- Ensuring documents are delivered to the correct personnel or departments within the QR Group.
- Updating the log book daily to record documents delivered and received accurately.
Qualifications:
About You:
- High school qualification with a minimum of 3 years of work-related experience.
- Must have a valid Qatari Driver’s License.
- Good driving skills, familiarity with city roads, knowledge of traffic regulations, and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
