Driver At Clicks (CEO Office)

Introduction: We are currently seeking a Driver to join the Group Executive department at The Clicks Group. The position is based at the Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and reports to the Executive Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Purpose: The primary objective is to provide timely and accurate transport services for the CEO and Executive board members, maintaining the required standards.

Job Objectives:

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and a clean, professional appearance.
  • Facilitate delivery and collection services for the CEO’s office.
  • Extend delivery/collection services to Senior Executives upon approval from the line manager.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products/packages to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Adhere to all company policies and security procedures.
  • Transport CEO, Board Members, and/or visitors professionally as needed.
  • Execute daily banking tasks and obtain documents from various banks as required.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Education:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • Valid code B driver’s license without any endorsements

Work Experience:

  • 2 years of driving experience in the courier industry

Job-Related Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of road maps and proficiency in utilizing GPS (essential)
