Introduction: A Driver with a Code 10 License (individual must possess their own transportation) is required. Occasionally, deliveries may extend into the evening, necessitating the candidate to have a personal vehicle for commuting home. While a company vehicle will be provided during the day, it will be parked at the office upon day’s end.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage vehicle inventory to maintain minimal variances and ensure adequate stock for delivering quality service.
- Timely submission of stock orders.
- Complete all administrative paperwork upon stock return or distribution to team members.
- Submit job cards daily.
- Update outlet record boards as required.
- Conduct weekly vehicle inspections and submit reports to Operations Administrators.
- Provide weekly “van stock count” for spare parts to Administrators before each new week.
- Promptly escalate any Service Tickets that cannot be addressed on the day to Administrators.
- Ensure availability and good condition of tools required for tasks.
- After job completion, ensure accurate completion of job cards with necessary information and obtain customer sign-off. Take a picture of the job card and immediately send it to Administrators.
- Update Call Runna App with necessary information.
- Immediately escalate any safety or quality incidents experienced on the job to Administrators.
- Maintain a 60% driving score on Cartrack.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Code 10 License
- Matric
- Driver must have personal transportation
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of refrigeration experience
