Introduction: Phakisa Holdings is seeking a Picker Packer Driver based in Bloemfontein for a monthly salary of R 10,000.00.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, allocate, and process goods and stock items.
- Pick orders accurately.
- Handle GRN shipments and notify all relevant parties.
- Label and organize goods in the designated store location.
- Deliver orders to customers.
- Track shipments in transit and follow up accordingly.
- Proficient in trip sheet management and planning.
- Conduct stock takes.
- Process and communicate receipt of non-conforming items.
- Maintain delivery vehicles through monthly inspections and cleaning.
- Possess keen attention to detail to identify errors or defects.
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organizing abilities.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Operate efficiently at a fast pace while managing multiple tasks.
- Exhibit strong communication and administrative skills.
- Display excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift driver license advantageous.
- PDP advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment with involvement in stocktaking.
- Fluent communication skills.
- Reliability is essential.
- Ability to follow instructions while also demonstrating initiative.
- Reside in or around the George area.
Package & Remuneration: Monthly salary of R 10,000.00.
