Europcar at the O R Tambo Airport Branch is offering an opportunity for a Branch Administrator. Position Overview: This role involves taking full responsibility for branch administration to support customer service delivery and ensure efficient administration, monitoring, and management of branch operations.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

Job Outputs: Assist the manager primarily with duties such as managing overdue rentals. Generate daily reports as requested by the manager and follow up on areas needing attention or feedback. Ensure branch compliance and meet all compliance report deadlines promptly. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports and gather statistics as requested by the manager. Prepare monthly reports on cash account submissions and ensure timely customer notifications for outstanding payments. Follow up on overdue rentals and process all partial billings. Handle phone calls and other customer service tasks. Manage fuel reconciliations, if applicable. Maintain detailed branch records. Assist with claims administration and filing. Ensure daily scanning and indexing tasks are completed. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and routine correspondence. Health and safety responsibilities include preparing and clearing monthly reports. Undertake any other general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of relevant administration experience in the industry.

Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 4 qualification (Grade 12 or equivalent).

Preferred Qualification: Secretarial or business administration qualification.

Minimum Requirements: Valid, unendorsed driver’s license. High level of computer literacy and accuracy.

Note: The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
