Full Job Description: The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of administrative tasks within the office, adhering to established standards in all areas, and to meet the needs of both clients and operations in a proficient and professional manner at all times.

Key Performance Areas:

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
  • Develop a recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various assessment methods to determine candidate suitability.
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates alongside relevant managers.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for candidate appointments and handle processing.
  • Conduct comprehensive induction processes with ongoing follow-ups for successful placements.
  • Input new employee information into the HR system.
  • Maintain positive industrial and employee relations.
  • Ensure staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and systematic appointment of quality candidates.
  • Address employee concerns effectively.
  • Assist in internal communication efforts.
  • Manage company benefits administration.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong administrative, interpersonal, and client communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
