Administrator at City Property

Job Objective:

The role aims to ensure strict adherence to the administrative procedures and policies within the parking department.

Parking Lease Administration:

  1. Verify the completion, signatures, and overall compliance of parking leases.
  2. Ensure accurate processing of parking lease cancellations, addendums, and proper signing of Terms and Conditions.
  3. Validate supporting documents for parking leases, such as ID copies and proof of residence.
  4. Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of parking lease documentation, instructing IT for lease processing.
  5. Timely and accurate handling of access control applications, tag issuance, and cancellations to prevent unauthorized access and revenue loss.
  6. Prepare CSV files for IT upload as needed.

Management of Building and Tenant Access Control:

  1. Enlist all parking tenants on the centralized access control system to maintain system integrity.
  2. Issue access tags to parking tenants.
  3. Address queries related to the access control system promptly.
  4. Cancel access tags when a parking tenant vacates.
  5. Conduct audits of parking sites to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

Timely Handling of Customer Queries:

  1. Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing tenant calls.
  2. Respond to tenant queries in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Ensure the timely resolution of all customer queries through interdepartmental collaboration and the use of platforms like Freshdesk.

Working Conditions:

The position is office-based, and travel is required with the need for personal transportation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Matric qualification is mandatory.
  2. Preferred qualification in administration.
  3. Required experience in customer relations.

  3. Basic administrative knowledge and skills.
