Job Objective:
The role aims to ensure strict adherence to the administrative procedures and policies within the parking department.
Parking Lease Administration:
- Verify the completion, signatures, and overall compliance of parking leases.
- Ensure accurate processing of parking lease cancellations, addendums, and proper signing of Terms and Conditions.
- Validate supporting documents for parking leases, such as ID copies and proof of residence.
- Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of parking lease documentation, instructing IT for lease processing.
- Timely and accurate handling of access control applications, tag issuance, and cancellations to prevent unauthorized access and revenue loss.
- Prepare CSV files for IT upload as needed.
Management of Building and Tenant Access Control:
- Enlist all parking tenants on the centralized access control system to maintain system integrity.
- Issue access tags to parking tenants.
- Address queries related to the access control system promptly.
- Cancel access tags when a parking tenant vacates.
- Conduct audits of parking sites to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
Timely Handling of Customer Queries:
- Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing tenant calls.
- Respond to tenant queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the timely resolution of all customer queries through interdepartmental collaboration and the use of platforms like Freshdesk.
Working Conditions:
The position is office-based, and travel is required with the need for personal transportation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric qualification is mandatory.
- Preferred qualification in administration.
- Required experience in customer relations.
