Complete job description The primary objective is to effectively sanitize the plant in accordance with Ecowize Standards, adhering to and taking full ownership of the 10-Step Cleaning Process.
Overview of duties:
Perform the 10-step cleaning regimen daily, ensuring compliance with food safety standards to maintain a site that is safe for food production. Uphold a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment. Execute all operational tasks associated with daily cleaning, including CIP and Deep Clean Processes. Foster positive customer relationships and meet their expectations consistently. Organize and execute daily tasks according to schedule.
Job Criteria:
Deep cleaning proficiency is a fundamental requirement. Openness and availability for varying shifts. Prior experience in managing chemical stock control is indispensable. Ability to comprehend and execute daily work instructions accurately. Readiness to adapt to different work sites at short notice.
