Join our dynamic team in South Africa as a Warehouse Operator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, including loading and unloading cargo, stock preparation, and supporting supervisors and data clerks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload cargo from vehicles, adhering to customer-specific requirements.
- Provide support to Inbound/Warehouse/Outbound Supervisors and Data Clerks.
- Offer forklift assistance in inbound, respective stores, and outbound areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized operational area, ensuring proper access and forklift functionality.
- Provide general assistance and support security officers as needed.
- Attend to daily warehouse activities, strictly following safety and security policies.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse tools and equipment.
- Report any incidents promptly.
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably possess an F2 forklift license.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant warehousing experience.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
