Primary Role: The main purpose of this position is to consistently enhance the positive reputation of the brand by crafting pertinent and credible stories and content. These creations will be disseminated across various platforms, media channels, and influencers, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, and more.

Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for creating, propelling, and delivering all social media marketing content initiatives. The goal is to ensure customer engagement, maintain brand consistency, and raise awareness across all digital mediums.

Job Duties:

  • Develop, present, and implement social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret and execute strategies and creative concepts.
  • Generate innovative ideas aligned with social media and content trends.
  • Analyze reports and provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to commute to the office in Greenpoint, Cape Town, Monday to Friday.
  • Matric qualification.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in digital marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of social media experience.
  • Proficiency in executing social media initiatives.
  • Experience in video editing and digital design.
  • Excellent understanding of social media marketing.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Competency in industry systems and tools on Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) and Google Analytics.
