Job Description:
As a Senior Accountant recruited by people connect, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health and integrity of our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Producing accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Conducting regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize financial processes and procedures.
- Providing strategic financial guidance and support to senior management.
- Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
