Job Description: As a Security Administrator at SA Metal Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of our facilities, employees, and assets. You will be responsible for overseeing various security measures and protocols to ensure a secure working environment. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement effective security strategies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access control systems, including badge issuance, access permissions, and visitor management.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to detect and respond to security threats in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and security vendors as needed to address security incidents and investigations.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Provide security awareness training to employees and promote a culture of security consciousness throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate security requirements into business processes and projects.
- Stay informed about emerging security threats and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security administration or related field, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of access control systems, surveillance technology, and security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
