What we are seeking: We are looking for an individual with the following experience, qualifications, and/or skillsets:
- Higher education experience will be advantageous.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of client service.
- Ability to operate a switchboard.
- Additional languages will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and tolerance for stress.
- A clear criminal record.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending to visitors and handling inquiries.
- Answering the telephone, screening and directing calls.
- Taking and relaying messages accurately.
- Greeting individuals entering the school and directing them to the correct destination.
- Addressing queries from learners and clients.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support.
- Demonstrating a personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
The successful candidate will commence on March 1st and conclude on June 30th, 2024.
