Tsebo Facilities Solution is in search of an Office Administrator to effectively plan, coordinate, and provide administrative support to the Operational Director.

Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Manage the Operational Director’s schedule.
  • Assist in coordinating and planning site visits.
  • Organize travel arrangements as required.
  • Consolidate and compile monthly operations reports for EXCO reporting.
  • Facilitate the monthly operations meetings.
  • Receive and disseminate relevant communications within the team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Director as needed.
  • Gather and organize documents requiring Operational Director’s sign-off, approval, or feedback, and communicate this information to relevant managers.
  • Ensure all contract information is up to date, properly filed, and shared with the Legal department.
  • Maintain updated client details.
  • Ensure that new Facility Managers/Site Leads have necessary devices and accounts set up (laptop, email, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • A Secretarial or Office Administrator certificate/diploma would be advantageous.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
