Position OverviewThis role aims to deliver efficient, friendly customer service and ensure that every renter receives a vehicle on time, meeting our quality and safety standards.

Specific Role ResponsibilitiesJob Outputs:Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors to high standards.Vehicle quality control, reporting expired licenses and other issues.

Refueling, checking tire pressure, and fluids after each rental.

Delivering vehicles to customers according to procedures.

Handling vehicle check-ins per company and quality control procedures.

Maintaining yard and surrounding areas’ cleanliness.

Upholding company integrity by ethical behavior and safeguarding assets and interests.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience:2 years of relevant driving experienceMinimum Qualification:NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent)Minimum Requirements:

Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old)Computer literate (basic level sufficient)Map reading ability

Note: The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime, shifts, and weekends as required.Skills and Personal AttributesCompetencies:Communication skills (comfortably conversant in English, reading & writing)Good interpersonal skills for excellent face-to-face customer relations.

Ability to handle pressure, exhibit good time management, and demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment.Team player.
