Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Midrand, Gauteng. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, handling various administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, room bookings, and logistical arrangements.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, both physical and electronic, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and departments as needed.


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
