Salary: R216,417 – R254,928 p.a. (excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Computer literacy

Added Advantage:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Administrative/clerical experience

The incumbent will:

  • Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of calls, and forward them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when the relevant personnel are unavailable.
  • Answer questions about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce visitors to the appropriate personnel.
