Duties & Responsibilities Candidates should possess prior experience in food handling and tea service, demonstrating strong hygiene and quality standards. Exceptional customer relations skills, the ability to work effectively in a team under pressure, attention to detail, and proven knowledge of TsAfrika controls are essential. The flexibility to work shifts and weekends, reliability, dedication, organizational skills, self-motivation, a well-presented demeanor, and effective teamwork are prerequisites. A creative flair is advantageous, and maintaining high hygiene and cleaning standards, along with contributing to the implementation and enhancement of controls in the unit, is expected.

Skills and Competencies Successful candidates will exhibit excellent people skills, strong interpersonal and communicative abilities (both verbal and written), flexibility in working hours, attention to detail, a client service orientation, and extensive knowledge of the catering environment. A comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety policies and processes relevant to the catering industry is also essential.

Qualifications Matriculation (Matric) level or equivalent is required.
