Duties & Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Company and Statutory cleanliness regulations in all tasks.
Maintain cleanliness of the scullery. Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards consistently. Preserve the Company’s hygiene standards for crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen, and dining room utensils. Remove refuse from the scullery area.
Assist in other unit areas as needed and respond to management requests promptly. Clean fridges in walk-in cold rooms.
Do not leave cleaning agents in public areas. Place safety signs/boards in areas undergoing cleaning. Keep the outside store area clean and inviting. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the back store area, adhering to health regulations.
Assist in various other unit areas during off-peak periods. Clean food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen areas. Clean walls and windows.
Disinfect and clean laundry, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom fixtures. May assist with duties beyond the scope of responsibilities.
