Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:
Financial Management:
- Supervise transaction processing, cash management, and accounts.
- Draft and review financial statements, oversee tax returns.
Financial Analysis:
- Forecast and budget revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Analyze actuals vs. budget, identify variances, and assess business drivers.
Control and Compliance:
- Identify and manage financial and operational risks.
- Design and implement controls, navigate regulations, and handle audits.
Commercial Acumen:
- Review investment cases and validate financial forecasts.
System Management:
- Oversee financial software and hardware.
- Drive development and change initiatives.
Project Management:
- Lead complex projects with a methodical approach.
- Cross-discipline training and functional experience.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential.
- 8+ years in financial services.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- 8 to 10 years of commercial experience.
