Our FMCG industry client is seeking the expertise of a Driver Instructor/Trainer.
Duties & Responsibilities: Key areas of performance include:
- Developing training schedules
- Providing on-the-job and classroom training
- Contributing to the creation of training materials
- Coaching and mentoring
- Providing feedback to management on training and trainee performance
- Conducting performance assessments
- Assisting in driver learnership recruitment
- Participating in “Driver of the Year” competitions
- Undertaking any ad hoc duties as required
Desired Experience & Qualification: The ideal candidate should possess:
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Registration at SETA
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer literacy (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Familiarity with DriveRisk and DriveCam systems is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license (Code 14 with a valid PDP license)
- Strong communication skills
