Role Purpose: To provide efficient and accurate administrative support, ensuring the client service area delivers professional services within Service Level Agreements and complies with legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience (essential)
  • Exposure to the insurance or financial services industry (desirable)
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant business-related qualification

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all client service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Accurately input data into relevant systems as per Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide requested information and documentation in line with guidelines.
  • Maintain and organize all relevant documentation for easy team access.
  • Complete administrative and reporting tasks within agreed timeframes.
  • Adhere to legislative/compliance requirements and report process/system enhancements.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet service level agreements with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Make recommendations to improve client service and ensure fair treatment.
  • Participate in building a culture of rewarding relationships and exceptional client service.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in and positively influence change initiatives.
  • Continuously develop professional, industry, and legislative knowledge.
  • Contribute to continuous innovation through idea development, sharing, and implementation.
