About Us: Gadget Boss Pty is a dynamic and rapidly expanding retail/e-commerce enterprise committed to delivering top-notch products and exceptional customer service. We are in search of a meticulous and well-organized Office Administrator to join our team and bolster our day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

Role Overview: As the Office Administrator, you will serve as the linchpin of our company’s administrative functions, ensuring seamless and effective operations. Your role will be pivotal in supporting various departments and fostering the overall prosperity of our business.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain orderly filing systems, both physical and digital, for documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Aid in HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, upkeep of personnel records, and coordination of employee events.
  • Accurately process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary liaison for office maintenance, IT support, and other service providers.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide support to the customer service team as required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as delegated by management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an office administration, office assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational prowess and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is advantageous.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is desirable.
