Full Job Description: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant is tasked with ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day administrative operations and providing personnel support within the organization.

Technical Duties Include:

  • Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implementing administrative systems.
  • Managing office affairs.
  • Offering general office assistance.
  • Providing support in finance-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • High level of confidentiality.

Education:

  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Certificate in Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
