Career OpportunitySantam’s Claim department is seeking an Administrative Clerk for the Meersig, Johannesburg location.Job Description:

The Administrative Clerk is responsible for accurately registering new claims within the agreed service level agreement. This role involves general administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Register claims within agreed service level agreements.

Ensure accuracy in data captured on Santam and Broker systems. Register claims under the correct policy section based on provided information.

Liaise with brokers.

Correct errors/data identified in registered claims.

Provide infographics to clients upon claim registration.

Upload claim documents to document storage.Generate documents from the broker system when required.

Schedule claims to Desktop team if necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:Grade 12 certificate.Computer Literate (MS Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).

2–3 years of experience in Claims Services environment (Short-term Insurance).

Personal Lines knowledge/experience.Strong client service orientation.

Ability to work under pressure.

Accurate and fast typing abilities.
