Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist our CMS Complaints and Non-Disclosure Specialist in handling medical complaints, investigations, and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Non-Disclosure Investigations – Gather documentation and conduct inquiries.
✔ CMS Complaints Management – Address and resolve complaints in line with regulations.
✔ CMS Rulings & Appeals – Ensure compliance with Council for Medical Schemes rulings.
✔ Medico-Legal Enquiries – Manage legal-related healthcare queries.
✔ Record Keeping – Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
Requirements
🎓 Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma in General Nursing
📌 Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in the medical field and/or medical scheme managed healthcare experience.
