We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to enhance our sales team’s efficiency by managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with daily activities to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts.

Order Management

  • Track and oversee customer orders from initiation to delivery.
  • Ensure timely order processing and provide status updates.
  • Collaborate with logistics and procurement to facilitate smooth deliveries.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints related to orders.

Database & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and opportunities.
  • Update customer information and monitor sales progress using the Order Tracker.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide after-sales support and manage customer feedback.

Sales Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments for smooth execution.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and materials for client meetings.

Scheduling & Event Planning

  • Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Organize and manage sales events, product demos, and trade shows.
  • Ensure efficient coordination of the sales calendar.

Sales Tracking & Analysis

  • Monitor sales performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve processes.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Process and track customer payments and invoices.

Training & Development Support

  • Assist in training new sales staff and providing ongoing support.
  • Keep the sales team updated on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Support special projects, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Matric certificate (tertiary education is an advantage).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Salary & Benefits

💰 R14,000 CTC per month
