Job Opportunity: Stock Controller
📍 Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Key duties include:
📦 Stock Management & Counting:
- Conduct daily stock-takes in both the trading floor and warehouse.
- Meet the target of 400 SKUs counted per day.
- Identify, correct, and investigate stock variances.
🏪 Retail Operations & Merchandising:
- Assist departments with housekeeping to prepare for stock-take.
- Ensure stock availability and accuracy.
- Support cross-merchandising replenishment.
📊 Shrinkage Control & Process Improvement:
- Promote best practices in stock management to minimize shrinkage.
- Actively contribute as a member of the shrinkage committee.
- Participate in transversal stock-related projects (e.g., RTS, IBT, Cross Merchandising).
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Matric or NQF 4 Equivalent qualification
✅ At least 1 year of experience in retail merchandising
✅ Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets
