Position: Stock Administrator

Full Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Stock Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth and efficient stock control processes. This role will involve close collaboration with various departments, including purchasing and logistics, to support inventory forecasting and replenishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
- Monitor and record all stock movements with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform regular stock audits and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of stock
- Use inventory management software to track and manage stock efficiently
- Generate inventory reports, including stock movement, availability, and turnover data
- Implement and support inventory control strategies to minimize stock loss and enhance efficiency
- Communicate stock availability, shortages, or delays to relevant departments
- Assist in forecasting stock requirements and planning replenishment orders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Stock Administrator or in a similar inventory management role
- Solid understanding of inventory control principles and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and stock management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of multitasking and managing priorities effectively
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
