  • Interact professionally with all customers, ensuring accurate transaction processing and management of cellular, credit, and lay-by services to meet established targets.
  • Provide customer-focused service and address inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Meet individual performance targets.
  • Administer cellular and credit services accurately.
  • Process transactions and manage cash-ups efficiently.
  • Manage tasks effectively and collaborate well within a team.
  • Maintain security and housekeeping standards.
  • Handle reception and switchboard duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric qualification.
  • Numeracy skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong telephone etiquette.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused.
  • Experience in financial and administrative roles.
  • SAP experience (advantageous).
  • Background in cellular and credit vetting.
  • Knowledge of relevant company policies, procedures, and systems.
  • High integrity, conscientious, and vigilant with fraud detection.
