- Administer cellular and credit services accurately.
- Process transactions and manage cash-ups efficiently.
- Manage tasks effectively and collaborate well within a team.
- Maintain security and housekeeping standards.
- Handle reception and switchboard duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Numeracy skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with strong telephone etiquette.
- Target-driven and customer-focused.
- Experience in financial and administrative roles.
- SAP experience (advantageous).
- Background in cellular and credit vetting.
- Knowledge of relevant company policies, procedures, and systems.
- High integrity, conscientious, and vigilant with fraud detection.
