Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Administrator: Umbrella Funds to oversee the efficient delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role focuses on building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Retail Member Administration division under the Fund and Member Administration pillar.
Qualifications & Experience:
β Education:
- Relevant Degree/Tertiary Qualification or Matric (Grade 12)
β Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retirement Fund Administration (Essential)
- Experience in investment administration and retirement fund administration (Advantageous)
Business & Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of daily-priced unitized investments, including unit trusts and multi-manager portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of the Pension Funds Act, Income Tax Act, and relevant FSB & SARS regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and internal insights to enhance the client experience and align with Alexander Forbesβ broader product offering.
- Proven track record in building and managing client relationships.
