Job Description

PSG is looking for a skilled and motivated Regional Administrator to provide comprehensive regional management, operational support, and project coordination for the Regional Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to wealth advisers.
  • Communicate effectively with wealth advisers, assistants, and offices.
  • Manage expense claims and oversee diary and travel arrangements (including branch visits).
  • Organize training sessions for wealth advisers and support staff.
  • Handle regional office management, including finances, budgets, stationery, events, and filing.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Manage marketing materials and activities.
  • Coordinate tasks with support teams and build relationships internally and externally.
  • Oversee project management and client referrals, inquiries, complaints, and recruitment processes.
  • Utilize and manage internal systems effectively.
  • Oversee stock control and ordering.
  • Compile compliance reports.
  • Manage staff activations and terminations.
  • Implement policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate work sessions, client meetings, and office functions/events.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification.
  • Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other official South African language.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation abilities.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (e.g., BCom in Finance, Business Finance, Investments, Financial Planning Law, Financial Sciences, or Investment Management).
  • BCom in Economics.
