About the Role
As a Porter (Warehouse), you will play a crucial role in supporting the warehouse team by handling stock and materials entering or leaving the QDF Warehouse. Your duties will include loading and unloading goods, organizing stock, assisting with quality control (QC) checks, and participating in inventory stock takes.
Your responsibilities will require physical strength and the ability to handle stock movement efficiently, whether manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks and cages. You will also assist warehouse officers and supervisors with assigned tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload stock from containers and trucks to facilitate the receiving process.
- Organize goods on pallets according to specified measurements for efficient storage and MOI screening.
- Assist with unpacking and packing stock for quality and quantity checks.
- Optimize warehouse space by reorganizing stock on pallets and bins.
- Use pallet jacks and manually push cages to move stock within the facility.
- Support outbound quality checks by ensuring correct quantities and proper stock handling.
- Load and offload goods at delivery destinations, including HIA, landside shops, stores, and offices.
- Participate in stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to lift/move goods up to 165 lbs
- Capability to pull heavy stock carts through the facility
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Good English communication skills
