Job Description
As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome and assisting with luggage upon arrival. Your role is essential in ensuring a high standard of hospitality while handling guest requests promptly and courteously. Additional duties include handling deliveries, maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and forecourt areas, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with luggage handling.
- Ensure guest requests are met promptly and courteously.
- Deliver and distribute mail and parcels efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Matric qualification
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
✔ Friendly, service-oriented attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Effective communication skills with both guests and staff
✔ High level of honesty and trustworthiness
