Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Transport patients safely and efficiently to and from theatre, recovery, and other designated areas within the hospital.
Deliver medical supplies, including prescriptions, ECGs, and X-rays, to the appropriate departments and personnel in a timely manner.
Assist nursing staff with patient transfers, lifting, and positioning in the recovery room and operating theatres.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of theatre equipment, including moving theatre tables and other equipment to and from storage.
Requirements:
Successful completion of Grade 12.
