Role Responsibilities

As an Executive Administrative and Operational Support professional for the Banking department, you will work alongside a team to address complex business challenges. Your responsibilities include:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience within a professional services firm.

Required Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Bookkeeping or Executive Secretarial Diploma

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prepare professional correspondence
  • Experience in preparing executive reports and presentations
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with senior-level individuals

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Managing partners’ schedules and appointments.
  • Coordinating meetings and taking minutes.
  • Preparing and submitting time and expense claims for partners.
  • Arranging travel bookings (local and international).
  • Drafting proposals, presentations, and general correspondence.
  • Handling ad hoc personal tasks for directors.
  • Coordinating team events and providing administrative support to senior managers.

Operational Support

  • Downloading and reviewing engagement risk reports.
  • Running and distributing job costing reports.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports for management.
  • Sending out year-to-date utilization reports.
  • Managing resource requests from other offices.
  • Resolving job conflicts from a Talent Link perspective.
  • Providing administrative support to Associate Directors.
  • Onboarding new team members.
  • Processing contractor invoices and submitting financial requisitions.
  • Handling client billing and credit note requests.
  • Ensuring timely payment of membership and training fees.
