Complete processing of airfreight, backorders, and VOR (Vehicle Off Road) requests within 4 hours.
Plan and assess newly received parts to support new models, taking measurements for optimal storage planning.
Ensure all checked parts from the receiving area are binned in accordance with the FIFO principle, with airfreight, backorders, and VOR cleared within 4 hours.
Release dealer orders as per schedule for timely dispatch and delivery.
Pick rush and stock orders according to the assigned schedule.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other specialized tools.
Conduct physical bin and part checks, maintaining a bin face accuracy of 98.5%.
Follow the claims adjudication process and process all dealer returns in a timely manner.
Adhere to a one-shift work pattern (07:30 – 16:00, 12:00 – 20:00).
Actively participate in daily start-up meetings.
Maintain workplace organization following the 5S principles on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Matric with Mathematics and English.
Valid forklift driver’s license.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an automotive environment.
