  • t, and store parts received from both local and international suppliers in the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick dealer order parts and ensure all cut-off times are met.
  • Properly receive, label, and check all incoming parts (local & import) to ensure they are damage-free and routed to the designated drop-zone for binning.
  • Complete processing of airfreight, backorders, and VOR (Vehicle Off Road) requests within 4 hours.
  • Plan and assess newly received parts to support new models, taking measurements for optimal storage planning.
  • Ensure all checked parts from the receiving area are binned in accordance with the FIFO principle, with airfreight, backorders, and VOR cleared within 4 hours.
  • Release dealer orders as per schedule for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Pick rush and stock orders according to the assigned schedule.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other specialized tools.
  • Conduct physical bin and part checks, maintaining a bin face accuracy of 98.5%.
  • Follow the claims adjudication process and process all dealer returns in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to a one-shift work pattern (07:30 – 16:00, 12:00 – 20:00).
  • Actively participate in daily start-up meetings.
  • Maintain workplace organization following the 5S principles on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Matric with Mathematics and English.
  • Valid forklift driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an automotive environment.
