Tsebo Facilities Solution is in search of an Office Administrator to effectively plan, coordinate, and provide administrative support to the Operational Director.

Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Manage the Operational Director’s schedule.
- Assist in coordinating and planning site visits.
- Organize travel arrangements as required.
- Consolidate and compile monthly operations reports for EXCO reporting.
- Facilitate the monthly operations meetings.
- Receive and disseminate relevant communications within the team.
- Provide administrative support to the Operational Director as needed.
- Gather and organize documents requiring Operational Director’s sign-off, approval, or feedback, and communicate this information to relevant managers.
- Ensure all contract information is up to date, properly filed, and shared with the Legal department.
- Maintain updated client details.
- Ensure that new Facility Managers/Site Leads have necessary devices and accounts set up (laptop, email, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (mandatory).

- A Secretarial or Office Administrator certificate/diploma would be advantageous.

- Strong communication abilities.
