Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Matric or NQF equivalent.
- Experience: At least 6 months in an RTA or similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- SQL / Crystal Reports (or similar) – beneficial.
- MS Access (Intermediate level).
- Familiarity with Avaya, Genesys, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Forecasting
📊 Generate timely and accurate reports aligned with business requirements.
🔄 Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance data insights.
📈 Forecast volumes and resource requirements to support business operations.
🗓 Optimize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to meet targets.
👥 Monitor and provide recommendations on headcount and attrition trends.
📊 Deliver both short-term and long-term forecasting models.
Data Maintenance
📂 Centralize and organize all data in a single repository.
💾 Backup and maintain all Management Information Systems.
