Loan Administrator / Call Centre Agent / Debt Collection Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administration and coordination support
- Manage reception and call-centre functions
- Capture and update client records on Excel and relevant platforms
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent service
- Contact debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to arrange and negotiate payment terms
- Handle objections and disputes professionally while maintaining high customer service standards
- Consistently meet individual and team targets for collections and call quality
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal debt collection regulations
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, the financial sector, or debt collections
- Fluent in English; Afrikaans and other languages are an advantage
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a results-oriented environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with debt collection software is a strong advantage
- Age: 19–35 years old
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: R6,500 – R7,500 (based on experience)
