Loan Administrator / Call Centre Agent / Debt Collection Agent

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and target-driven individual with experience in loan administration, debt collection, and call centre operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administration and coordination support
  • Manage reception and call-centre functions
  • Capture and update client records on Excel and relevant platforms
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent service
  • Contact debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to arrange and negotiate payment terms
  • Handle objections and disputes professionally while maintaining high customer service standards
  • Consistently meet individual and team targets for collections and call quality
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal debt collection regulations

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, the financial sector, or debt collections
  • Fluent in English; Afrikaans and other languages are an advantage
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a results-oriented environment
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with debt collection software is a strong advantage
  • Age: 19–35 years old

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: R6,500 – R7,500 (based on experience)
  • Monthly Performance-Based Incentives

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
