Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • A+ Certification (advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills in English (basic Afrikaans an advantage)
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office
  • Ability to understand and apply IT and technical concepts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient support to customers via phone and email
  • Accurately log all support activities and communication using the ticketing system
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, special projects, and internal training as needed
