Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- A+ Certification (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills in English (basic Afrikaans an advantage)
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office
- Ability to understand and apply IT and technical concepts
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient support to customers via phone and email
- Accurately log all support activities and communication using the ticketing system
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, colleagues, and management
- Assist with ad hoc tasks, special projects, and internal training as needed
