Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administrator to join our team at the Dome Branch!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process basic invoicing
- Assist walk-in clients and dealers
- Manage office systems and maintain organization
- Support Vehicle Sales and Buying teams with administrative documentation
- Act as a liaison between the branch and Head Office
- Organize and maintain office equipment and supplies
- Prepare monthly reports, among other tasks
- Familiarity with the vehicle industry and its terminology is essential
Required Skills:
- Fully bilingual
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
- Excellent listening skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to manage high workloads with a positive attitude
- Strong leadership skills, able to delegate and manage people effectively
Additional Requirements:
- Reside in Randburg or nearby areas (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license
- Diploma or Degree required
- Clean criminal record
- Contactable references with an accurate work history
- Available to start immediately
